Paint a tiny town, watch it grow

Build a wooden marble run on a sunny playroom wall: snap ramps, curves, loops and lifts onto the pegboard, press Test and watch the marbles roll, bounce and ring their way into the cup.
Did you like Marble Run?
Marble Run is a wooden marble track you build on a sunny playroom wall. A pegboard fills the wall and a tray holds the pieces: straight ramps that run left or right, curves, a U-turn, a funnel, a glass loop, a rubber bumper, a trampoline, a spiral, a brass bell, a lift that carries marbles back up, a splitter that sends them left and right in turn, and a glass cup to catch them. Drag a piece onto the grid and a ghost shows where it will snap, tap it to turn it, then press Test: the marbles drop from the start tube and roll, bounce, ring and loop under real physics, and Back puts your build exactly as it was.
Forty challenges give your brain something to chew on. Each wall has a fixed start and cup, a handful of pieces in the tray and a goal: get three marbles into the cup, ring the bell, send a marble round the loop, share four marbles between two cups or keep one rolling for ten seconds. Every challenge has three stars to earn: meet the goal, stay within the piece budget, and pick up the three gold stars along the way. Each one is quick, a minute or two, and your stars are saved in your browser.
Free build is a big empty wall with every piece unlimited and up to twenty marbles at once, each one a different colour. Build a contraption, switch on calm mode and the marbles go round in an endless loop through the lift while the bell rings and the spiral turns, so you can sit back and relax. Save up to twenty runs, take a photo of your favourite and pick up where you left off next time. Undo and redo go fifty steps back, and it plays with a mouse, a keyboard or a finger.
Marble Run rewards small changes and lots of testing. The physics runs the same way every time, so if a marble misses, the problem is in the build, not luck. Press Test, watch where it goes wrong, press Back and move or turn just one piece before you try again.
Start each challenge by looking at the fixed start tube and cup and working out a rough path between them, then add pieces from the tray. The ghost shows where a piece will snap, and a tap turns it, so check that ramps point the right way before testing. For all three stars you need the goal, a build within the piece budget and the three gold stars, so route the track past the gold stars early instead of adding detours at the end. Splitters help when a goal asks for marbles in two cups, and the lift is useful for keeping a marble moving. When you want to unwind, Free build with calm mode turns your build into an endless loop.
Yes. Marble Run is free to play in your browser on Kiloo, with nothing to download and no account needed. Your challenge stars and up to twenty Free build runs are saved in the browser you play in.
Yes. On a phone or tablet you drag or tap to place pieces, tap a piece to turn it and pinch to zoom. With a mouse you drag pieces from the tray, and on a keyboard Space tests, R turns and Z and Y undo and redo.
There are thirteen wooden pieces: straight ramps, curves, a U-turn, a funnel, a glass loop, a rubber bumper, a trampoline, a spiral, a brass bell, a lift, a splitter and a glass cup. Challenges give you a handful of them in the tray.
Calm mode is part of Free build. Switch it on and the marbles keep going round your contraption in an endless loop through the lift, so you can sit back and watch. Free build allows up to twenty marbles at once.
Build bridges, towers, cities and machines, then test them.
Paint a tiny town, watch it grow

Lay the line, flick the first one, watch it fall

Stack a castle that stands

Build it in the oak, then test it

Stack the parts, light the engine

Build the contraption, press Test, watch it go

Build the truss, then send the truck

Stack blocks, build anything

Swing, drop and stack with real physics

Tap in time, build to the sky

Aim, fire, pop the tub clean

Turn the pipes, open the valve

Hold to glide, let go to dive

Feed the koi, grow the pond

Seven letters, two minutes

Tap a group, watch the board crumble

Line up five, keep the board clear

Link the dots, close a square

Ride the wind, dig the X, wake the Kraken
