Orbital Defense
Hold the ring, deck by deck

Build archer towers, cannons and wizard spires along a winding meadow road, send a knight out to block the bridge and hold the gate through fifteen waves of goblins.
Did you like Goblin Siege?
Goblin Siege is a cartoon tower defence set in a sunlit meadow. A dirt road runs out of the forest, past a mill and a wooden bridge, and ends at the gate of your keep. Eight circular stone plinths sit along it, and what you put on them decides how far the goblins get.
Five towers, three levels each. Archer towers fire fast single arrows and are the only thing besides the wizard spire that can touch the bat swarms. Cannons drop arcing shells with a splash, but only on the ground. Wizard spires throw chain lightning that jumps between three goblins and slows them down. A hero's camp sends out a knight who walks to the road and physically blocks one enemy at a time, then respawns when he falls. From wave six you can also raise a ballista whose bolt punches straight through a whole line of goblins.
Grunts come first, then club-swinging bruisers, boar riders that sprint, shamans that heal the pack, bat swarms that fly over your cannons, and a stone troll every fifth wave whose stomp shakes the screen. Wave fifteen brings the Warlord on his wolf, blowing a war horn that speeds up everything around him. Gold comes from knockouts and from clearing a wave, calling the next wave early pays a bonus, and you can sell a tower back for sixty per cent. Twenty hearts, three stars for a flawless defence, and an endless run with scaling waves once the keep still stands.
Goblin Siege rewards a mix of towers rather than a row of one kind. Cannons hit hard with splash but only reach the ground, so bat swarms fly straight over them; make sure archer towers or wizard spires cover the road before the bats arrive. Wizard spires earn their place wherever goblins bunch up, because the chain lightning jumps between three of them and slows them down. A hero's camp is worth placing near the bridge or a bend, where the knight can block one enemy at a time while your towers do the rest.
Keep an eye on shamans, which heal the pack, and boar riders, which sprint past slow defences. Every fifth wave brings a stone troll, so have upgraded towers ready, and from wave six a ballista deals well with long lines. Calling a wave early pays bonus gold, but only do it when your defence is comfortable. Selling returns sixty per cent, so plan your eight plinths rather than rebuilding often.
Yes. Goblin Siege is free to play in your browser on Kiloo. There is nothing to download and no account to create; pick a stone plinth, build your first tower and hold the gate.
Yes. On a phone or tablet you tap a stone plinth to build and then pick a tower type, and tap a tower to upgrade or sell it. On a computer you click, the keys 1 to 5 pick a tower and F speeds up time.
Gold comes from defeating goblins and from clearing a wave. Calling the next wave early with Space or the horn button pays a bonus, and selling a tower gives back sixty per cent, which helps when you need to move your defence.
Wave fifteen brings the Warlord on his wolf, whose war horn speeds up everything around him. If the keep still stands, an endless run follows with scaling waves. Keep all twenty hearts for a flawless defence and three stars.
Build, upgrade and hold the line.

Hold the ring, deck by deck

Keep the porch light on

Guard the cove by sea and sand

Sweet towers, sour invaders

Freeze them, shatter them, hold the igloos

Spears, boulders and tar against the dinosaurs

Overclock the brass, hold the tower

Hold the trail, hold the town

Guard the queen, comb by comb

Hold the gate, one arrow at a time

Run, jump, slide, don't stop

Bounce up the page

Tuck, carve, send it
Jump, slash and storm the castle

The floor is lava. Keep running.

Six tries, one word a day

Build a village, raise a castle

Outflank, outthink, take the castle

Buy low, sail far, sell high
